Internationally acclaimed chef, Michael Caines will be cooking up a treat for the opening of the Spinnakers showhome complex at 11am on 12 April.
Developed by Eagle One Homes, Spinnakers is the newly completed waterside development of 14, two and three bedroom apartments on Exmouth Quay.
To celebrate the launch Michael Caines will be cooking in one of the apartments’ contemporary kitchens before signing copies of his book in the lounge for those visiting between 12 noon and 2pm.

The body of a missing 59-year-old man was found near Lyme Regis this afternoon following a search by East Devon coastguards.
The man is thought to have fallen overboard while on the water sometime today
The search launched around 1pm today saw all Lyme Bay coastguard teams including Exmouth Coast Guard and Sidmouth Lifeboat attempt a search for missing man.
As of 2:30 pm the search was stood down following the discovery of the body on a beach near Lyme Regis.
A spokesperson for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) said:
East Devon District Council is asking for help from the public about two serious fly tipping incidents in the Exmouth area.
The first was dumped asbestos and the other was multiple bags of dog mess that were left by a dog waste bin.
Both cases are quite unusual and officers can take enforcement action against the culprits if they can be identified. Fixed penalty notices are one option, but council officers can also prosecute if it feels that the fixed penalty is an inadequate remedy.

The Exmouth branch of RGB Building Supplies has joined forces with Exeter Age UK supported group, Men in Sheds, to launch a Tool Amnesty on Monday 7 April.
RGB is asking people to donate any old or unused hand tools to the Tool Amnesty in return for a £5 voucher to spend in branch.
All the donated tools will be given to Men in Sheds who will renovate and refurbish them so that tool kits can be sent to Africa, via the charity Tools for Self Reliance, to help locals learn a trade and support their local communities.

Communities around East Devon are about to see an extra cash injection after parish and town councils successfully bid for over £150,000 of fresh funding.
