Learn to meditate outdoors Join local instructor, Katherine Bolton in the peaceful wildlife garden at Seaton Wetlands for a morning of mindfulness and meditation.
Learn basic meditation skills and take home some quick-fix tips for handling stressful or busy times.
If poor weather the class will take place in the Reed Base Classroom.
Please bring a mat/ towel to sit on and wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.
