Devon site manager Bob Maund has been recognised for his commitment to quality with a coveted regional award from housebuilder Barratt Homes.

Residents living near the Triangle Car Park, just off Heavitree Road, are being asked to give their views on the possible use of the car park as a temporary bus station.

A temporary solution will be needed during the redevelopment of the existing Paris Street bus station. Leading South West car dealership Vospers has acquired a 9.5 acre site on Phase 2 of Matford Green Business Park in Exeter for a multi-million pound Motor Park development.

The Exeter PA Network's first development event for 2016 saw over 50 PAs and support staff from organisations including Landmark, Devon County Council and Devon Air Ambulance come together to learn about 'personal brand' and its importance in the world of business today.

Increasing urban property prices and falling land values could be fuelling a rise in new rural business start-ups, the latest survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Royal Agricultural University (RAU) indicates. Non-farmers, such as those starting up cottage industries, accounted for 27% of rural land sales in the South West over the past six months according to the RICS/RAU Rural Land Market Survey H2 2015. Exeter Green Party is urging councillors to reject outline planning permission for the redevelopment of the bus station site, saying the plans are a bad deal for Exeter.
