Crealy's Twister rollercoaster opens

The eagerly awaited Twister rollercoaster at Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park officially opens today (Thursday 23 July 2015).

Chris and Katie Down together with their three children will jointly open the park’s latest addition and welcome guests to enjoy the new ride.

Crocodile Joe welcomes new reptiles to Crealy

Conservationist and reptile expert Crocodile Joe visited Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park on Thursday 28th May to personally welcome two spectacled caimans to their new home at the brand new reptile area in the Animal Barn.

The two crocodilians were rescued by the RSPCA in Cornwall where they were then temporarily housed at Cornwall’s Crealy Great Adventure Park before their move to Devon this May Half Term. Crealy’s cutest residents prepare for Devon County Show

Some of Crealy’s much loved animal residents are preparing to scuttle and trot to the Devon County Show this May Bank Holiday weekend.

The South West’s Number 1 family attraction will host its marquee at the neighbouring venue, Westpoint.

Visitors to the show are invited to get up close to the Park’s favourite miniature Shetland mare and her foal and those brave enough will have the chance to handle hissing cockroaches, Indian stick insects and Giant African land snails from the Crealy Bugz Unlimited attraction. Mascots in Unison at Sandy Park

Buddy Bear from Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park joined other Mascots at Sandy Park for some half time fun and frivolity during the Exeter Chiefs v London Welsh rugby match.

This ‘mascots in unison’ event was to mark the Rugby World Cup games coming to Devon and to celebrate Devon’s Top Attractions 30th Anniversary year. The Exeter Chiefs kindly agreed for Buddy Bear and the other mascots join in the half time fun which provided a highly entertaining and competitive interval for the fans.

We are gearing up for an Eggs-travaganza this Easter. We have a show stopping line up of events and activities over the Easter holidays, from 28th March through to 12th April.

In our largest ever Easter egg hunt we have over 5000 Easter eggs to giveaway!

The Easter egg hunt will take place from Friday 3rd April until Tuesday 7th April.

Guests of all ages are invited to take part in the Easter fun and follow the trail to find clues and solve puzzles on their adventure around the Park, for a delicious Easter reward.

Devon’s Crealy supports charity Rug-a-thon

Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park is supporting a charity game of tag rugby which 15 year old organiser, Daniel, hopes will last more than 24 hours. Daniel, who attends Uffculme School, has a passion for sport, plays for Cullompton RFC U15's and is also an Army Cadet.

The 7-a-side Rug-a-thon will raise money for Help for Heroes, a charity Daniel has wanted to support from a young age. Daniel is looking for people of all ages and abilities to support the event at Uffculme School on Friday 20th March from 5pm through to the evening of Saturday 21st March.

Spring Stories and Mother’s Day crafts

Following the success of Winter Stories and Snow Crafts at Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park with Devon Libraries, the second event in the partnership has been announced. Spring Stories and Mother’s Day Crafts will take place at Devon’s Crealy on Wednesday 11th March 2015.

Guests of all ages are invited to join Buddy Bear and story tellers from Exeter Library at Mamma Mia’s Restaurant at Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park from 10am – 1pm for interactive spring time stories and creative Mother’s Day craft sessions.

Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park announces its annual recruitment weekend on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th March at the park’s restaurant Mama Mia’s.

Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park is pleased to announce they will be working in partnership with Radio Exe in 2015 to host its very own radio request show ‘The Crealy Jukebox’.

Every Sunday lunchtime from noon to 2pm, Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park’s general manager Josh Haywood will be returning to his roots as a radio presenter, having previously been a presenter on Blackpool’s Radio Wave, Bristol’s Star 107.2 and on Coast Radio in Somerset before joining the Crealy team in 2010.
