Trio of awards for farm's speciality sausages

A Devon farm has beaten off stiff competition to win not one, but three, highly sought-after awards for its farm-reared pork products.

Taste of the West awarded Kenniford Farm a gold award for its cranberry and rosemary sausages and two silver awards for its scotch egg and Cumberland ring.

The awards celebrate quality, integrity, and provenance of food in the west, and seek to promote and give recognition to local produce that goes above and beyond in terms of quality and taste.

Summer brings award success to the shores of Exmouth with the Grapevine Brewhouse, on site brewery Crossed Anchors and resident Ruby Kitchen all winning regional awards.

At the Taste of the West Awards Crossed Anchors won four GOLD product awards for their craft beers. Top marks for Mid Devon school

PUPILS and staff at Kentisbeare Primary School are celebrating after receiving a gold award for their outdoor learning programme – the only school to achieve the accolade in the Devon.

Farmers from across Devon have made it to the shortlist of the region’s premier agricultural awards, the Devon Farm Business Awards.
