FATHER CHRISTMAS IN HIS YURT GROTTO Father Christmas, will be at Escot in his Christmas Grotto with presents for visiting children (but Ssshh – he may be sleeping in his armchair when you arrive, so you may have to wake him up!). For those who want to experience the spooky atmosphere of the Underground Passages, throughout the October half-term holidays (27th October – 4th November, excluding 31 October), there will be special Witches & Wizards Tours of Exeter’s famous medieval Underground Passages.
Children are invited to explore under the city’s streets on guided tours and discover ingredients for magic spells. Using ingredients found, young adventurers are challenged to concoct their own magic spell and enter it into a competition with the opportunity to win one of many fantastic prizes.
