Exeter's roads are busy this morning with the frosty start, with some icy roads. Most roads have heavy traffic, but are moving. However, expect delays on A377 Alphington Road inbound in Exeter at the Cowick Lane junction, because one lane is closed due to a burst water main and surface water. There is a diversion currently in operation.
There is also slow traffic on the A377 inbound in Exeter from Alphington Junction to Exe Bridges.
Findings from the 2011 census for England and Wales have revealed the number of people who say they are Christian has dropped from 72% to 59% in ten years. The statistics also show the number of people who say they have no religion has risen from 15% to 25%.

Gay weddings in the Churches of England and Wales will be explicitly banned under new laws on same-sex marriage, the Government has announced.
Other religious organisations will be able to "opt in" to holding ceremonies, Culture Secretary Maria Miller said. Exeter City Council has welcomed the news that Transport Minister Simon Burns is to consider electrifying a further stretch of railway line, from Newbury to Westbury.
