Exeter Leukaemia Fund is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Richard Lee as a Trustee of the charity.
Richard who lives in Exeter has been a wonderful friend and supporter of ELF for over 25 years. Dr Lee, until his retirement in 2010 was a Consultant Haematologist at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital for over 25 years. In the latter part of his career, Richard also ran clinics at North Devon District Hospital.

Firefighters and the government are still no closer to reaching an agreement on pensions after strike action earlier today. The strike ended at 8am this morning (4 November) and was the third strike action taken by the Fire Brigades Union. The chance to balance and relax your body will see people flocking to Hospiscare’s flagship store in Exeter this week to attend a reflexology event.
The event will run from 11am to 3pm on Friday, November 8 and will give people the chance to try out the complimentary therapy for just £5.
A team of qualified therapists will be on hand to give 15 minute taster sessions at the event, working on reflex points in the feet to balance and relax.
The event has been organised by Hospiscare Sales Assistant Claire Richards, who is also a practicing reflexologist.
