New research form the Highways Agency shows that nearly half of UK drivers are unprepared for winter driving conditions.
In a survey of motorists across the UK that 28% of drivers don’t carry any of the suggested emergency kit in poor conditions and 45% don’t check their vehicle before driving in poor conditions.

Water and Energy bills could continue to rise above inflation for at least another 17 years according to government watchdog, the National Audit Office (NAO).
The NAO predicts that bills will be pushed up due to plans to replace the UK’s aging infrastructure at a cost of £310 billion.

Schizophrenia Awareness Week takes place from 11-17 November and GPs at Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (NEW Devon CCG) are supporting the campaign, which is run by national charity Rethink Mental Illness.
