Councillor Susan Griggs, the Mayor of Tiverton, attended an evening event to celebrate the completion of the new £1.8m extension to Clare House Surgery located in Newport Street, Tiverton.
The substantial building programme which has significantly increased the size of the surgery was overseen by lead consultants Haldons Limited and built by contractors Morgan Sindall.

A charity art auction hosted by Michelmores LLP has raised a grand total of £10,000 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The ART4MACMILLAN event featured 50 original pieces donated by well-known artists from Devon, Cornwall and beyond, transforming Michelmores' Pynes Hill offices into a pop-up saleroom for the evening.
All 50 lots − many of which were inspired by iconic Westcountry locations, were successfully sold during the lively auction, conducted by fine art auctioneers and valuers Bearnes Hampton & Littlewood.
