Facelift for Exe Bridges subway

Local graffiti artists have given the subway at Exe Bridges in Exeter a colourful facelift.

The project, organised by Devon County Council and Miss*C’s Graffiti Academy, has over recent weekends seen local graffiti artists donating their time for free to revitalise the subways. Step dad takes cycling challenge for CHSW

In support of Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) Nick Reed from Exeter has set himself the arduous challenge of cycling from his home in Exeter all the way to CHSW’s Little Bridge House hospice in Fremington, Barnstaple and back again!

On Sunday 11 June 2017 police confirmed that Deborah Searle who was missing from Exeter on Thursday 8 June has been found safe and well.

Deborah was located on Saturday 10 June.

Revised schedule for Dartmoor rail service on Sunday

Rail services on the Okehampton Sunday Dartmoor Service will be running with a re-timed schedule this weekend (Sunday 11 June).

This is due to ongoing track speed restrictions between Coleford Junction and Okehampton.

The Summer Sunday Services, which are run by Great Western Railway (GWR) and funded by Devon County Council, will start and terminate at Exeter St Davids rather than Exeter Central.

Although the departure times are similar to the usual service, journeys will take around 15 minutes longer. Timings will be -
