Disabled veteran takes on swimming challenge to raise money for Armed Forces charity

A disabled veteran from Exeter will be taking on the challenge of swimming 500 lengths to raise money for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

Tony Cox served in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps for 5 years, but after leaving the service he suffered from complex health and mobility issues that took their toll on both his work and personal life.

A LEADING south Devon care provider is offering free advice to the elderly and their carers to help keep them cool this month (July 2019) as the heat wave continues across the county.
