County Chairman congratulates Royal couple on behalf of the people of Devon

County Council Chairman, Bernard Hughes OBE, has written to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge congratulating them on the arrival of their son.

In the letter he said: “On behalf of the people of Devon may I send our heartfelt congratulations on the safe arrival of your son.

“Your news has been recieved with great pleasure and joy by everybody and we send our best wishes for the future good health and happiness of you all”.
