Born in Teignmouth in 1940, Bob began his football career with Teignmouth and Newton Abbot Spurs before signing professionally for Exeter City in 1958 - giving up an engineering...

With the stock of both players have risen significantly over the past 12 months, the Chiefs have moved swiftly to tie down the futures of both players who helped to play a key role in helping...

Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale handed Will Hoskins his first start for the club at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, with Tom Nichols still absent after missing out at Sunderland in midweek. Matt Oakley and Ryan Harley also returned to the starting line-up, while the Dons welcomed back strikers Tom Elliott and Lyle Taylor after short-term injury lay-offs.

Plate success for Chiefs at Singha 7s

Exeter Chiefs produced a solid team display to see off Sale Sharks 26-19 and take victory in this year’s Plate at the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s final.

The Chiefs earned their spot at Twickenham Stoop by coming through a tricky Group B at Kingsholm Stadium.

However, they were handed a nightmare draw at the Stoop as they took on a Wasps side that included the likes of Christian Wade and Elliot Daly.

Alex Lozowski got Wasps off to a dream start in the quarter final but Chiefs responded immediately as Sam Skinner burst away down the right to dot down but the...

Although defeated by hosts Gloucester in their opening game of the night at Kingsholm, Pellow’s charges bounced back to record victories over Bath and London Irish to set-up...
