Prince Harry set to visit Exeter

All eyes will be on Exeter today as Prince Harry is set to attend the Rugby World Cup Pool C match between Georgia and Namibia at Sandy Park (kick off 8pm).

This is the first time the honorary president of the Rugby World Cup has watched a match which doesn't involve England in this year's tournament.

During his visit the prince will also meet a group of young people who have benefited from the local Rugby Empowering Employment programme, which helps 16 to 24 year olds who have had problems finding work.

If you didn’t manage to get ticket for the match, the Exeter Fanzone in Northernhay Gardens will be open from 3pm.

As well as sreeningthe Georgia v Namibia match, the South Africa v USA will be on the big screen at 4.45pm. There will be live music and entertainment in between and after all the Rugby action.

The Fanzone opens at 3pm and the programme includes live music from Billy Bottle and the Multiple, Street Heat and Moob.
