Funding has allowed National Trust rangers to replace a badly worn out flight of steps at the pretty village of Bucks Mills on the North Devon coast. The steps have also been resurfaced and are now ready to help, both locals and visitors alike, access this wonderful section of the coast and enjoy the breathtaking views. Exeter Airport is preparing to handle over 15 thousand inbound and outbound passengers over the Bank Holiday weekend. From Friday to Monday Exeter’s passengers will be leaving on flights operated by Thomson, Thomas Cook, Newmarket Holidays, Skybus, Exeter-based airline Flybe and specialist operators Tangney Tours, Newmarket Holidays and Fly Niki. Bus services to the new community of Cranbrook will be introduced by Devon County Council from Tuesday 28 May.

The Services 4, 4A and 4B, funded by developer contributions, will replace services 60, 60A, 60B, X60 and 380 on the route between Exeter, Clyst Honiton, Cranbrook, Ottery St. Mary, Honiton and Axminster.

Devon County Council’s existing funding for Service 380 along this route will also continue towards the additional services.
