Diets have become modern-day remedies for the largest organ of our body, i.e., skin. The link between diet and skin is controversial, but recent studies have shown that food is 25% of the reason behind acne breakouts and skin problems.

It does not matter if you visit a dermatologist or not; you need to understand the relationship between a healthy diet & healthy skin. If you want to promote healthy skin, then you should consider adopting healthy nutritional habits.

The skin can shed an estimated 500 million skin cells a day, but the natural exfoliating process of our skin only happens every 30 to 35 days. Unfortunately, it slows down even more as we grow older, which is why we need to exfoliate our skin as much as our skin needs us to prevent dead skin cell buildup.

Like other skincare products, exfoliating greatly depends on a person’s skin type. That said, you cannot blindly follow beauty vlogs only because it worked for them. Whenever it comes to skincare, you have to remember that every skin requires different care. Here, you will find...

We often cite lack of awareness as one of the main reasons why more people don’t seek therapy, but this is not the only obstacle keeping Great Britain from having better levels of mental health. In the past year, stress and anxiety have affected everyone, from students to the elderly, and studies have shown that factors such as social distancing, job loss, and loneliness will have a lasting impact on our mental health.
