Toby's Garden Festival Unveils Exciting Speaker Lineup

The 10th Toby’s Garden Festival (Friday 3rd - Saturday 4th May 2024) is set to be the most inspiring yet. Hosted by BBC Two Gardeners' World presenter Toby Buckland, the gardening extravaganza has announced a stellar lineup of gardening and food and drink experts who will be hosting free talks during the festival’s two days. The carbon neutral festival, which is the first carbon neutral garden show in the world, is taking place in the stunning grounds of Powderham Castle, near Exeter, with tickets on sale now for £13.50 per person (under 16s free) from www.tobygardenfest.co.uk .

More than a thousand people attended a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see ‘What's Behind The Big Red Wall' at Exeter's Wyvern army barracks.

A series of open air summer night concerts saw BBC Radio Devon's David FitzGerald narrate three evenings of music and history documenting a century of the barracks over 100 years from 1918 to 2018 right in the heart of the city.

Fun for all ages at Newton Abbot Racecourse's Family Raceday

There’s something for all the family at Newton Abbot Racecourse this Sunday, 22 July as they prepare for their ever-popular Family Raceday.

Princesshay has announced a free community event to celebrate summer in the city. The ‘HAY Summer’s Here’ event on Thursday 26th July will feature spectacular street entertainment, live music, a face painter, creative workshops and food samples from the restaurants.
