Timmy Mallet, an accomplished artist whose work is sought after by collectors, will personally unveil some fabulous new paintings at Surridge Gallery, Princesshay on Saturday 11 April.

Timmy loves painting and will reach for 'Mallett's Palette' at the drop of a brush. “I paint every day” says Timmy “Inspiration is everywhere….” Working daily in his studio and on location, he is an accomplished artist in oils and acrylics who takes his inspiration from the ever-changing seasons and his many travels across the UK and the world.

His exhibition will showcase a stunning collection of limited editions and the renowned artist will personally unveil at least 20 original paintings, which include some scenes inspired by the seasons in England and reflect both his love of nature and his desire to capture those fleeting moments that have an intriguing story to tell.

Anne Craib, Gallery Group Manager said: “We are delighted to welcome Timmy to the gallery. He is a famously colourful character and we are looking forward to introducing him to our collectors – it’s not every day you get to chat about artwork with a household name! This is an event which is only open to those people with invites. I’m sure you can appreciate we will have a high response to this event therefore we advise you to contact the gallery immediately to reserve your place to meet him on this unique occasion.”
