Passed away peacefully on 15th September 2015, Sam aged 40 years.

A loving wife, mother and daughter. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral service at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Wednesday 7th October at 11.15am (St Paul's Chapel).
