Suddenly at home on 27 August 2013, Patrick aged 53 years.

Much loved dad of Kelly, Jamie, Liam, Conor and Leo.

Loving granddad to all his grandchildren.

A dear brother who will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of Patrick’s life will be held at The Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Friday 13th September at 2.00pm.
