This Valentine’s Day sees the first anniversary of the South West Falcon, the South West’s only 24/7 cross regional coach service.

To celebrate, Stagecoach is launching a romantic competition with prizes of very special ‘dates’ at locations along the route.

Dates on offer are:

• Tickets for Craig David’s ‘Follow My Intuition’ tour at the Plymouth Pavilions Arena on 21 March. The Plymouth date has proved so popular with fans, it is now completely sold out, so this could be the last chance to secure the sought after tickets

• Tickets to see the 2017 stage production of the Wedding Singer at Bristol Hippodrome, running from14-18 March. The show stars Ray Quinn, Roxanne Pallett and Ruth Madoc

• Shop and dine in style in Exeter with a £100 Princesshay shopping centre gift card and lunch for two at The Terrace, one of the city’s newest and most exclusive venues

• Plus free travel by Falcon to/from the date of your choice!

To enter, simply submit the story (link to http://stge.co/GQcA308uKqI) of how you first met your partner. Prizes will be awarded to the couples with the best love story.

Bob Dennison, Managing Director of Stagecoach South West, said: “Launching on Valentine’s Day means we can never forget our anniversary – and we wanted to make it an unforgettable experience for our customers too by running this amazing competition.

“I’d like to thank our partners at Plymouth Pavilions, Bristol Hippodrome, Princesshay and The Terrace for contributing such generous prizes.”

As well as the competition, anyone flying by Falcon on Valentine’s Day will pay just £1 for a single journey*.

Bob added: “The Falcon’s first year has been a great success and last month saw us carry our 150,000th passenger so we thought it would be nice to say thank you to our customers by offering all journeys for £1 a year to the day it all started.”

The South West Falcon is the first dedicated 24/7 service to connect Devon with Somerset, Bristol Airport and Bristol City Centre. It is also possible to make local journeys, e.g. between Churchill and Bristol Airport, making it an ideal way to commute. All eight coaches feature a distinctive, stylish livery and have free Wi-Fi, power charging, air conditioning and leather seats. The timetable runs hourly from early morning until late evening, moving to two-hourly overnight.
