A LEGO executive will be talking to business leaders in Exeter next week.

The company’s global social media guru James Poulter will be using his experiences with the international toy brand, and his work on the online LEGO Life phenomenon, as he discusses how companies can make use of automation and artificial intelligence at the latest Like Minds Business Breakfast in the city on Friday July 28.

As well as running the online sensation LEGO Life, James Poulter is a senior manager of the Global Social Media Team at LEGO Group.  Founded in Denmark in 1932, the brand has grown to become a global subculture of toys, movies, games, retail stores and Legoland amusement parks.

As well as his work on marketing at LEGO, James also contributes to new feature developments, such as the LEGO Emoji and Sticker Keyboard.

Tickets for the business breakfast on Friday 28 July at Dean Clarke House in Southernhay are available at www.wearelikeminds.com. The event incudes breakfast, an informal and interactive guest speaker segment and Q&A session.

James is also one of a host of international speakers attending the Like Minds  Ideas Festival in Exeter on September 29th. Tickets for the Like Minds Ideas Festival are available at www.wearelikeminds.com

The Like Minds Business Breakfast is part of a series of inspiring business talks in the region, run in partnership with Barclays and Astley Media.
