The four Rotary Clubs of Exeter have announced that their third Teddy Bear Parachute Jump event will take place on Cathedral Green on Saturday 2 May 2015 between 11am and 3pm, raising funds for Honeylands Children’s Charity in Exeter.

The event promises to be a fun packed day for all the family and a thrilling experience for any teddies brave enough to complete the parachute jump from the top of a 100ft high hydraulic platform provided courtesy of the Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.

On the day there will be other attractions including craft stalls, face painting etc.

This year’s event is in aid of Honeylands Children’s Charity who provide support, resources and equipment for the families and children who attend Honeylands Specialist Child Assessment Centre in Exeter.

Honeylands Centre is a multi-disciplinary assessment centre providing interventions for young children (birth to 5 years) with complex additional needs, including autism, cerebral palsy, Downes Syndrome, life limiting conditions, physical and mental developmental needs.

To find out how to register for a BEAR minimum of £10 sponsorship and to see your brave Teddy jump go to: www.readyteddyjump.com  or call Teddy HQ at Burgoynes Estate Agents on 01392 499823."
