Headway Devon’s popular Autumn Bazaar and Coffee Morning will be returning to the Open Door Centre on Church Street in Exmouth on Thursday 29th October.

Organised by the charity’s Exmouth centre for people with acquired brain injuries, the event will run from 10.30am-2.30pm and is open to all.

Centre manager, Diana Russell, says, “This regular event in Headway Devon’s fundraising calendar will offer something for the whole family. As well as teas, coffees and delicious homemade cakes there will also be a charity raffle, which has a great range of prizes to win”

“Events like this are a great way for us to raise funds for the centre and let people know about the vital work that is going on right here in the local community.

“Our cake sales are always popular in Exmouth and we’re very grateful to all the members of the public who come in to see us to escape the bustle of the town centre, enjoy some home baking and find out more about what Headway Devon does.”

All funds raised at the fayre will be used to improve the services available to people with brain injuries through Headway Devon’s day centre in Exmouth. The centre provides weekly support to people who have survived head injuries, stroke, brain tumour, meningitis and many other illnesses and accidents, but have been left facing difficulties and disabilities as a result.
