The Devon-wide health and wellbeing charity, Westbank Community Health and Care, is delighted to welcome lawyer Henry Cross as its newest Trustee. Henry is a Senior Associate at Michelmores, specialising in employment law.

A father-of-two from Exeter, Henry already had a broad awareness of the charity when he met Westbank’s Head of Carers Services, Andy Hood, at a networking event a few years ago. East Devon’s award-winning recycling residents are being invited to step up to the challenge and recycle more cans and tins every week so the metal can be transformed into something new.

As part of national Recycle Week (September 24-30), the district council and its partners SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, are taking part in a campaign calling on residents to recycle more of their drinks cans, food tins, deodorant cans, aluminium food trays, foil and metal jar and bottle lids in their green recycling sacks which are collected every week from the kerbside.
