The Devon-wide health and wellbeing charity, Westbank Community Health and Care, is delighted to welcome lawyer Henry Cross as its newest Trustee. Henry is a Senior Associate at Michelmores, specialising in employment law.

A father-of-two from Exeter, Henry already had a broad awareness of the charity when he met Westbank’s Head of Carers Services, Andy Hood, at a networking event a few years ago. Connecting Devon and Somerset and Airband have announced the 1000th customer on Airband’s award-winning network across Exmoor and Dartmoor national parks.

Devon County Council’s winter service teams are prepared and ready if they are called into action over the Christmas holidays and throughout the rest of the winter season.

The authority has upgraded six gritters to replace older vehicles in its winter fleet of 37 frontline gritters.
