After a successful first show in December the Comedy Avengers are back at The Hole in the Wall in Exeter for another evening of free live stand up comedy on Tuesday night.
The 'Comedy Avengers' are a coalition of Devon based stand up comedians who are hosting free shows across the South West under including this monthly show at The Hole in the Wall on the second Tuesday of every month.

The University’s Provost, Professor Janice Kay, has been awarded a CBE for services to higher education. Professor Mike Depledge of the University of Exeter Medical School has been awarded a CBE for services to environment and human health after he set up a pioneering research centre in the field. A property in Withleigh was broken into between 2-5pm on Tuesday the 27th December.
A number of distinctive 22-carat items of jewellery were stolen including bangles, necklaces and rings, as well as the Kashmir style wooden box that they were being stored in.

Then and Now Antiques on the fore Street in Chulmleigh, Devon was burgled over night between the 16th and 17th of December.
A number of gold items were taken including pocket watches and rings. In total, around £15,000 worth of jewellery were taken.
Police have released images of some of the items taken and would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, or who may have been offered any of these items for sale.
