Princesshay will host the Farms for City Children Tractor Appeal on Saturday 17th December, with their vintage Massey Ferguson 165 as well as entertainment from local musicians and performers to bring Christmas cheer to visitors in the city.

Garage joins forces with rock band for fundraising campaign

Exminster Garage teamed up with a local rock band to raise funds for charity Rock 2 Recovery after pledging to help those who serve their country in the British Armed Forces.

The garage first became aware of the charity after signing up for the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant to support the armed forces community. Exminster Garage

A charity that brings songs and smiles to older isolated people will launch in Exeter in December. The Golden-Oldies Charity, fondly just referred to as ‘Goldies’ and with Sir Cliff Richard as its Patron, started in the Bath and Bristol area 10 years ago. Founder Grenville Jones, a well respected West Country choir leader, had seen for himself how singing brought joy to so many people through his many choirs. A grand charity auction will take place at the Riviera International Conference Centre in Torquay today (3 November).

For sale? 39 life-size painted rhino figures.

Exeter School pupils, parents and staff have succeeded in raising over £3,000 for charity over the first half-term of the academic year on top of collections of food and household essentials.
