Ladies Do unveil rebrand at Exeter launch event

Traditionally known as Ladies Do Latte, new network owners, Christelle Johnstone and Ashley Petrons, unveiled the new brand on Tuesday 17 May at Café Rouge. The occasion was the official launch of the new Ladies Do Exeter network, which also has branches in South and East Devon.

The Ladies Do network, set up in 2010 by image consultant, Jo Smallbones, attracts a broad range of professional women, who span from full time employed to small business owners.

Temporary lights on Bridge Road tonight

Temporary traffic lights will be introduced overnight on Bridge Road in Exeter this evening (Tuesday 24 May) from 11pm until 5am tomorrow morning (Wednesday 25 May).

The temporary signals are needed to allow the contractor safe working space to install a new temporary pedestrian crossing to access the Boat Club. This temporary access is needed during work on the Swing Bridge, which is due to start imminently.

Cathedral and Quay car park closed Wednesday

Exeter's Cathedral and Quay car park will be closed for one day on Wednesday (25 May) to enable a deep clean to be carried out.

All business and resident permit holders for this car park are being notified and asked to find alternative parking for Wednesday. They are advised that their parking permits will be honoured in any Exeter City Council pay and display car parks for this one day.

The Council apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause.
