Officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault in Exeter on Saturday 25 November 2017.
The incident happened on the Western Way Inner Bypass at around 3.20am by The Kingfisher pub.
A male offender, known to the two victims, allegedly assaulted them with a bladed article causing injury to the arm and the shoulder. The victims received minor injuries.
A 20-year-old man from Exeter was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Overnight closures are planned for Bridge Road in Exeter over two evenings this week.
The road will be closed overnight from 8.30pm tonight (Tuesday 28 November) to 5.30am tomorrow morning, and during the same hours overnight tomorrow evening (Wednesday 29 November).
