Officers investigating a robbery in Honiton have released further images of a man they are urgently trying to trace. A team of dedicated officers are now involved in the investigation following the robbery which took place at Banwell Antiques, in Honiton over the weekend. The incident took place as a female staff member, who was working alone, opened up the store at around 9am. The woman was grabbed from behind by the suspect before being tied up. Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Seaton which left an elderly pedestrian with serious injuries. Emergency services were called to Harbour Road around 10.50am yesterday morning (23 March) after a Mercedes car was in collision with an 89-year-old woman near to the junction with Bay Court.

A successful fundraising auction by the Friends of the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery has ensured that a portrait commemorating the friendship of two of Devon’s most famous artists has been saved for Devon.

Emergency services called for assistance from the National Police Air Service (NPAS) after concerns were raised for the man’s welfare.
