Tilia Homes has purchased a 10-acre parcel of land at Shillingford Road in Exeter, as it seeks to expand its property portfolio into this historic city.
The site is located in Alphington and has outline planning permission in place for more than 100 homes. 30% of the homes will be allocated as affordable properties in a mix of social rent and share ownership tenures, and Tilia Homes will be making a significant financial contribution to the local area through the Section 106 agreement. The scheme will be accessed via a new access created at Shillingford Road.

The Specsavers scheme comes after stores teamed up with recycling experts MYgroup to install recycling collection boxes.
Customers at Specsavers Exeter will be able to drop off metal and plastic glasses and sunglasses, as well as contacts lenses and accessories, including blister packs, contact lens cases and solution bottles.
