Local health and wellbeing initiative, Can Do Active, are launching a new 12-week Couch to 5k programme in Exeter this Winter, starting in January and meeting at Exwick Playing Fields in Exeter on Tuesday mornings from 11th January (9:30am - 10:30am) and Thursday evenings from 13th January (5.30pm - 6.30pm).

The South West's largest housebuilder is delivering all Christmas gifts received from suppliers to local foodbanks in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall this week, along with a financial donation.

Tilia Homes’ Western region has delivered 75 gifts to Salvation Army centres in the south west, as part of the charity’s Christmas Present Appeal.

The Exeter-based business brought together its employees, contractors, and home buyers to donate toys to the appeal, which Tilia Homes collected at its development sales offices and delivered to its nearest Salvation Army centres.
