House hunters invited to a Royal Celebration with Redrow

Home builder Redrow will be ‘throne’ its doors open to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with complimentary royal afternoon tea on offer in Exeter over the bank holiday weekend.

Visitors to Saxon Brook will be greeted with a celebratory atmosphere crowned off with patriotic red, white and blue decorations. Light refreshments will be served in the majestically styled sales centres and show homes on the 3rd and 4th of June.

An exclusive tea-party was organised by Hospiscare at Knightstone Manor and sponsored by wealth management company Brewin Dolphin, Exeter office. The seventy special guests were Invited to join The Rt. Hon. Baroness Butler-Sloss GBE, Vice-President of the charity, for a traditional afternoon English tea. Kindly hosted at Knightstone Manor, located on the outskirts of Ottery St. Mary, the historical house is the private home of Jan-Eric and Jennifer Österlund.

The commitment and dedication of volunteers at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust has been recognised at a special afternoon tea hosted by Chairman James Brent and the Board.

The event was organised as a thank you to all those who regularly give their time to support staff and visitors to the hospital. There are currently over 300 volunteers who give approximately 1,750 hours a month volunteering at the RD&E Hospital and with partner organisations such as ELF, Force and Hospital Radio Exeter.

An elegant tea party was held at Exeter University to say thank to hundreds of Hospiscare volunteers.

Glasses of bubbly elderflower were served along with pretty cupcakes, dainty sandwiches and cakes at the glamorous event attended by 450 volunteers from all over Exeter, East and Mid Devon. Large balloons and trees decorated the Forum while the Classic Breeze Concert Band made the party go with a swing.
