Oasis Exeter hosts vintage 'tea' party to celebrate flagship status

In celebration of being awarded flagship status, the Oasis store in Exeter's Princesshay hosted a jaunty vintage-style 'tea' party this evening (Thursday 24 October).

The honour, which is only bestowed on a handful of stores such as Bristol Cribbs Causeway,  is testament to the Exeter store's successful management team and will mean that customers will have access to a greatly increased range of Oasis products, including day and evening wear, shoes, jewellery and accessories. Feature window displays will be designed and created for the store by a team of specialist visual merchandisers to further entice visitors and customers to the store.

Ceri Cudd, Oasis Store Manager said, “We’re really excited to have been awarded flagship status and what better way to celebrate than with a party! All our team members are wearing vintage Oasis clothes, our personal favourites from the last few years. Meanwhile, as well as Champagne served in delightful teacups from So Very Vintage, customers enjoyed having their make up and hair done vintage style and a 15% discount on clothes purchased on the night.

"We have also been having fun with the Oasis photo booth in store, which will be with us over the weekend. Friends can come in, have fun and get their photo taken in the booth, which will be touring Oasis stores around the UK over the next 12 months documenting Oasis fans and their passion for fashion."

The booth enables shoppers to have their photos taken within a set designed by the Oasis team. Oasis shoppers can then share their images via Facebook, Twitter and email.
