Hi Everyone, I wanted to set myself a challenge, so in May 2013 I will be running 13.1 miles each day , all in aid of Help For Heroes. Having suffered PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) myself from a push bike accident in 2000, I wanted to help out men and women fighting for this country and help with their rehabilitation back into society. Exeter Physio lends a hand at FORCE charity run

Five physiotherapists from Exeter Physio were on hand at the FORCE Cancer Charity and Francis Clark running event held at Powderham Castle. The team set up their beds to treat any injuries or aches and pains picked up during the 10k, 5k and family events. It was the third year the physiotherapy practice in Lower Summerlands had supported the event.
