Evening Piano Recital - Stephen Beville

In this recital acclaimed pianist and composer Stephen Beville explores the 'free-fantasy' form for piano and its historical influence from the 18th and 19th centuries to the present day.

The programme includes such celebrated ('quasi una fantasia') compositions as Beethoven's 'Moonlight' and Liszt's 'Dante' sonatas, in addition to Beville's own newly composed work.

A new music project based in Axminster aims to strike a chord with young people from across East Devon by offering free music making sessions.

Soundwaves is for young people aged 11 to 19 who play an instrument, DJ, or sing – or would like to.

"The Rhythm of Life Concert will be a spectacular celebration of Musical Theatre featuring songs from Mamma Mia, Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables, Jersey Boys, Hairspray and many more. The concert will be packed full of chorus harmony singing, fabulous dance routines, beautiful solos and duets all accompanied by a live band.
