A new exhibition of hand-printed portraits reflects on the traditional heritage of commons and reflects on what the future holds for this historic practice. The exhibition features images and opinions from farmers, land owners and others involved in commoning and the care of the upland commons in Dartmoor.

This week, artist and architectural designer Edward Crooks has launched a new theatrical installation called ‘Holding Up’ at Castle Drogo, a National Trust property on Dartmoor. Residents in the Rosebarn Lane area of Exeter have the chance to view proposals for a residents parking scheme at a public exhibition on Thursday (15 February).

Devon County Council has drawn up the plans following requests from residents who struggled to park near their homes and in consultation with local councillors. Heritage event and talk at St James Park

Father of two, Nick Webb, from Paignton, suffered a serious injury back in 2014, and lost the use of his arm.

He underwent reconstructive surgery, and with an extensive recovery period he had to give up on his successful landscaping career.
