The future of an Exeter Youth Club, held at The Grenville on Ringswell Avenue in the Barton Hill area of Exeter, is currently under threat following the announcement by Devon County Council that the Club would have to close from 14th December.

One third of the way through your season and you are probably bored of your warm up. Don't worry: only another 6 months to go!
When working with athletes I stress the importance of the warm up as something to get better at, not something to get through. I use 4-5 different warm up themes, and add smaller variations as the season goes on.
Here are some ideas:
Use gymnastics as part of the warm up: rolling, tumbling and balancing.
Get on the ground and off the ground, don't keep in one plane of movement.
Stagecoach has just reported that the road between Halberton and Sampford Peverall has been closed by the fire brigade, with the closure due to remain in place for the remainder of the day. November has seen the city make history at a very special event at The Guildhall, which took place on Thursday 15th November 2012. The event honoured the members of 307 (Polish) Squadron RAF who protected the skies over Exeter during the Second World War.

Detectives are investigating a robbery that took place on Sunday (25th November) at a bookmakers in Dawlish. The crime was committed between 9.15 and 9.20pm, when a man walked into the shop on The Strand and threatened a member of staff before making off with a substantial amount of money.

The Environment Secretary, Owen Paterson, has been seeking to reassure people affected by flooding that the Government is "doing everything it can to help".
