Royal Devon and Exeter Radiology Department gets top recognition

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is among a handful of hospitals across the country to have been awarded Exemplar status for its Radiology department.

The prestigious status, conferred by the British Society of Interventional Radiology, has been given to only nine hospitals nationwide.

Neil Parish MP makes pledge in the fight against dementia

Neil Parish, MP for Tiverton and Honiton, has pledged to take action to support the 800,000 people living with dementia across the UK. Neil Parish joined 200 other MPs and representatives from Alzheimer’s Society in Portcullis House, Westminster on Tuesday 10th September to provide a handwritten statement of the action they will take to support people with dementia and their carers. DFS employees conquer Olympic rafting course for BBC Children in Need

Tom Lemon at leading furniture retailer, DFS, in Exeter has completed an extreme outdoor challenge to raise money for BBC Children in Need as part of DFS’s endeavour to raise over £1 million for the charity this year.

Friendly, easy-paced walk taking in the Exeter landscape and its autumn wildlife.

This walk follows the Ludwell Valley, Mincinglake and Hoopern Valley for approx. 6.5 miles with some steep and muddy sections, finishing at Millers Crossing, Bonhay Rd.

Milling at Cricklepit
