There will be plenty of fun in store this August at The Donkey Sanctuary’s Summer Fair. Taking place August 16th, from 10am to 4pm at Slade House Farm, Sidmouth, Devon, the much anticipated Fair will have something for the whole family.

This year’s line-up includes face painters, attractions, live music, games, Punch & Judy shows, as well as delicious local food, refreshments, ice cream and a beer tent. There will also be fundraising stalls offering an array of exciting products and activities as well as the opportunity to groom donkeys.

Money saving offers at Newton Abbot Racecourse

In a bid to continue its commitment of making a day at the races affordable for all, Newton Abbot Racecourse will welcome back its popular 2-4-1 ticket promotion with a difference this season.

In past years, the racecourse has offered a 2-4-1 promotion on all Monday fixtures. However, with a change in this year’s racing programme, with a fall to just three Monday fixtures and an increase to six evening meetings, the racecourse will instead introduce a 2-4-1 ticket promotion for all evening fixtures.

Join Newton Abbot Racecourse on Easter Saturday and enjoy an afternoon of thrilling jumps racing.

To celebrate the Easter weekend, there is a free Easter egg for the first 200 children through the gates on the day.

Racing for the afternoon starts at 13:15, with gates opening at 11:15. The last race will be at 16:45.

The Family Enclosure will return for the first time this season. With a selection of giant garden games and inflatables, parents can relax and enjoy the racing from the centre of the course while the children are kept entertained. The Family Enclosure...

Join Newton Abbot Racecourse to mark the start of the new racing calendar for 2015 on Wednesday 25th March.

Racing will start at 2:10pm and gates will open at 12:10pm. The last race will be at 5:10pm.

Once again this season, children aged 16 and under, plus students with a valid photographic student ID / NUS card, can enjoy free entry to all fixtures.

Tickets are priced at £12 for the Course Enclosure and £18 for the Paddock Enclosure. You can purchase tickets online up to 5pm the day before the fixture. Tickets will also be available on the gate on the day....
