Cofton Holidays granted planning permission for luxury lodges collection

South Devon’s multi award-winning holiday park, Cofton Holidays, has received planning permission to build a collection of 12 luxury lodges, which are due to be completed in 2020.

Located near the pretty coastline at Dawlish Warren, construction work has started on the bespoke Copse Lodges collection and is set to be completed by next spring.

For the first time Teignmouth has received the prestigious Blue Flag award and joins Dawlish Warren, celebrating its own 21st consecutive year, in being recognised as amongst the best beaches in the UK.

Dawlish Warren’s award winning Blue Flag beach has received a new accolade with the resort officially acknowledged by TripAdvisor as a top visitor spot.

A new Habitat Mitigation Officer has been appointed to give information, advice and guidance to the public across the Exe Estuary, Dawlish Warren and East Devon Pebblebed Heaths.
