In conjunction with the start of Rugby World Cup 2015 and to celebrate Exeter’s host city status, work has started on themed creative activity across Exeter.
The month Includes workshops in schools, the creation of a Street Band, a Creative Hub at Emmanuel Hall and a spectacular parade through Exeter City Centre to the Northernhay Gardens FanZone.

Come and be an archaeologist for the day! Archaeologists use all sorts of evidence to find out more about people in the past, including their poo! Can you sort which poo belongs to which time period? Get stuck into our fake poo to find all the clues you need to make your historical discovery.

Find out what an archaeologist does and get the chance to meet a real one! Become an archaeologist yourself and take part in our mini-digs. What can you find? How old do you think it is? Are you good at jigsaws? - help us to put back together a pot that was discovered in pieces. Finally, create your own dig to take home using artefacts and plaster.
