Exeter’s state-of-the-art new leisure centre St Sidwell’s Point has won two more prestigious awards.

The striking Passivhaus building won the national RICS award for Environmental Impact at a prestigious ceremony in London.

On the same day, it won best Civic Development at the Exeter Property Awards.

An innovative small business from Cornwall admitted they were ‘amazed’ to be recognised for the second time as being among the ‘best in the West’ at the FSB South West small business awards final this week.
