With five Open wins to his name and 19 professional tournament successes, John Henry Taylor is not only Devon’s greatest ever sportsman, but he is also one of the most successful British golfers of all time. He was placed into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1975.

Devon to remain in Tier 2

Devon is remaining in Tier 2 for the time being, the government has confirmed today.

It has reviewed the three-tier structure and decided that because of our circumstances - including case numbers, their demographic, pressure on NHS services – we will stay in Tier 2 until its next review at the end of the year.
