Many rural communities in the UK have been “left behind” and require a different approach to transport and mobility investment than those in urban areas, a new report says today.

Shortage of properties coming to market in South West

The South West is experiencing a significant shortage of homes coming onto the market, according to new data.

The figures from Quick Move Now and Home.co.uk show that the number of properties newly listed for sale in April 2021 was 29 percent lower than April 2019 levels, and 28 percent lower than in April 2016.
