Police in Devon are urging pensioners to be vigilant after an elderly, vulnerable couple were targeted.
The warning follows a burglary in which thousands of pounds of cash was taken. The crime occurred between 8.00pm and 10.00pm on Thursday 4th September when three men attended the Devon couple's home clamimg to be HM Customs officers from Exeter.

A cyclist has died after an horrific crash involving a lorry on the Exeter-bound carriageway of the A38.
The incident happened at 10.53am yesterday (5th September) approximately one mile from Lee Mill. The 58-year-old cyclist was treated at the scene before being conveyed by air ambulance to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries. He later died. The A38, Exeter bound was closed for five hours while officers from the Serious Collisions investigation Unit carried out their inquiries.
