The NHS in Devon has warned it might have to restrict certain treatments and operations and stop others completely because of the financial crisis it finds itself in.

A charity art auction hosted by Michelmores LLP has raised a grand total of £10,000 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The ART4MACMILLAN event featured 50 original pieces donated by well-known artists from Devon, Cornwall and beyond, transforming Michelmores' Pynes Hill offices into a pop-up saleroom for the evening.
All 50 lots − many of which were inspired by iconic Westcountry locations, were successfully sold during the lively auction, conducted by fine art auctioneers and valuers Bearnes Hampton & Littlewood.
A pilot working for Exeter-based airline Flybe was arrested on suspicion of being over the drink drive limit before take off after a fellow crew member raised the alarm.
