St Leonard's in Exeter has been named as the 20th best place to live in the UK.
The Sunday Times, in association with Zoopla, has ranked the neighbourhood above a number of London boroughs including Marylebone, Mayfair and the South Bank.
Hard data such as schools, crime rates, house prices and transport links were used to compile the list.
And St Leonards was described as 'foodie central' due to the locals' favourites such as Pipers Farm and Gibson's Plaice.
The reviewers said they loved the "classic homes and classy facilities" adding...

For 20 minutes it was a decent enough contest, but then Exeter Chiefs kicked into gear and winless London Welsh simply had no answer to the might of the in-form Devonians.
Rob Baxter’s side steamrollered their way to second in the Aviva Premiership with a nine-try destruction of the Exiles. It wasn’t vintage stuff from the Chiefs – even though the scoreline suggests otherwise – but it was still more than enough to clock up an 11th league win of the season.
Free-scoring No.8 Thomas Waldrom added two more tries to his seasonal tally – he’s now on 12 and still top of the tree...
Exeter City turned a terrific performance into three points on their longest away day of the season, triumphing 3-1 away to Carlisle United.
The Grecians took the lead initially through Ryan Harley, netting his first since returning to the club, shortly after Alex Nicholls’ effort had bounced back off the bar.
But the hosts were level before the break when speedster David Amoo worked space to dink in a cross from the right, allowing Steven Rigg to touch in an equaliser from six yards.
